Delete your Classrota account

Classrota is the timetable and homework planner from Techtix Global, on iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, Mac, Android and the web. You can delete your account yourself at any time. It takes about a minute and you don't need to contact us.

In the app

1. Open Classrota and go to Profile.
2. Choose Account, then Delete account.
3. Confirm. If you sign in with a password, you'll be asked for it.

On the website

1. Sign in at app.classrota.com and open Settings.
2. Under Account, choose Delete account.
3. Confirm. If you sign in with a password, you'll be asked for it.

If you can't sign in

Email hello@techtixglobal.com from the address your account uses and ask us to delete it. We'll do it within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

• Your name, email address and sign-in details
• Your timetable, subjects, term dates, meetings and settings
• Your homework, exams, steps, notes and any photos you attached
• Your friend links, parent and carer links, share links and calendar feed
• Any connection to Google Classroom, Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google

This happens straight away and can't be undone.

What is kept

Nothing in our live systems. Our hosting provider's routine server backups may hold a copy for a short time until they are overwritten. We don't use those backups for anything else. See the privacy policy for the detail.
